He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Worthington and Mary Worthington (Gantz); his grandson Dustin Drone; and his siblings, Melba Maier and Dale Worthington.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Finley (Bryan) of Galloway, OH, Darrell Drone (Mel) of Columbus, OH and Robin Hicks (Randy) of Ashland, OH; his close friend Eileen Chilcote; and also, Sherry Robinson (Mike) and Teri Bowling (Mark). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
