We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, at the age of 97, Robert E. Dove (Ashland, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlo Dove and Elizabeth Dove; his daughter Julie Dove Walz; his sister Margaret Dove Burcaw; his granddaughter-in-law Janet Dove; and his great grandchild Wesley Dove.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dove (Thomas); his children, Kathryn Dove Diebler (Scott) and Matt Dove (Sherry); his son-in-law Jesse Walz; his grandchildren, Joann Walz Balliett (Thomas), Jessica Walz, Bryan Diebler (Amy), Jason Diebler (Alison), Robert Joel Dove (Damoo) and Jared Dove; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Jacob, Ashley, Trent, Colson, Cody, Connor and Aviana; his nieces, Lori Burcaw and Suzy Burcaw Wolf (Denny); and his nephew Robert Burcaw. He is also survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

“Dear Gloria, I was deeply sorry to hear of Bob`s passing. My father (also Bob) was close to Bob during his high school and college career, as a result, I got to know him well. I would see Bob at your dad`s office on Church Steet or at the Elks Club, he would always take time to visit and reminisce. I had the greatest admiration for Bob...he was such a friendly and nice person. My thoughts go out to you and your family during this difficult time... Warmest regards, Frank Beer d”
