He is survived by: his wife Janice Hetrick of Ashland; his children, Robert Hetrick (Dee Dee) of Townsend, Tom Hetrick (Karen) of Ashland, Ken Hetrick (Janet) of Elyria and Laura Hart (Gary) of Ashland; his stepsons, Bill Yeley (Terri) of Ashland and Steven Yeley (Chris) of Savannah; his grandchildren, Carla Pennington (Sam), Matthew Hetrick (Jackie), Michael Hetrick (Kayla), Kaitlynne Yancy (James), Cassy Riggleman (Greg), Bradley Hetrick, Emily Hetrick, Josh Hart (Dakota), Justin Hart (Bre), Nick Yeley (Hannah Boyer) and Colton Zeigler (Megan); and also Clara Lanning (Russ) of Columbia Station, Ohio.. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
