He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bessie Walton, Shirley Wheyl, Ruby Cayse, Wilma Augustine and Rosie Hyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cayse of Ashland; his children, Lori Day of Columbus, Erin Ohl (Perry) of Ashland and Greg Cayse (Michelle) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Tyler Pauley (Danielle), Noah, Elle Day, Collin, Kyle Cayse, Sid, Connor and Max Ohl; his sisters, Betty Trexler of Lehigh Acres and Barb Johnson of Polk; his mother-in-law Barb Balsizer; and his caregivers, Dr. Gallogly, Dr. Hamad, Dr. Pierre, Dr. Boyd and Harry Spencer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
