He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya White (Dan) of Crestline, Ohio, Sharlene Lopez (Jahaziel) of Mansfield, Ohio, Serena Schuck (David) of Jeromesville, Ohio and Stephanie Amend of Brooklyn; and his grandson Hunter Schuck. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
