He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ellen and Mary Ellen; and his sister June. He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Frase); his children, Amy and Richard John (Carly); his grandchildren, Kylie, Timmy, Elijah, Marcus, Eliana, Haisley, Colt and Barrett; his brothers, Michael (Gale Beth), Gregory, Craig (Andrea) and Patrick (Rose); and his sister-in-law Cindy Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
