He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Matthes (Scott); his granddaughters, Jessica Jackson, Melissa Plummer and Jennifer Whyel; his great grandchildren, Noah, Harlee, Dakota, Gracie and Richard; and his close friend Ruth Howell.
