Turner of Ashland, Ohio, born in Wellington, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Turner of Ashland; her children, Amanda Mosher (Jeremie) of Hayesville and David Turner (Penny) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Colton Mosher, Sean Turner, Ashley Bowles, Tyler Turner and Victoria Turner; and her siblings, Esther Miller of Ashland, Linda Starkey of Bucyrus and Michael Fishpaw (Mary Beth) of Melbourne Beach, Florida..
