He is survived by: his children, Karen Warren (Raymond) of Ashland, Stephen Johnson (Diana) of Phoenix, AZ, Matt Johnson of Ashland, John Johnson of Ashland, Erica Mullett (Tom Switzer), Cora Johnson (Joseph Graser) of Ashland and Danny Johnson of Ashland; his grandchildren, Darby, Elizabeth Warren, Amber Cordell, Haleigh Baker, Heather Johnson, Hailie (James Wilson), Lincoln and Peyton Mullett; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Aiden, Eliza and Leo.
