It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis N. Frey of Ashland, Ohio, born in Willard, Ohio, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hieser and Hilda Hieser (Bishop); her husband Robert Frey; and her sons, Michael Frey and Robert E. Frey.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Patterson (Craig) of Ashland; her daughter-in-law Heidi Clay (Frey) of Mifflin; and her grandchildren, Amanda Kolp of Ashland, Michael Frey (Megan) of Greenwood, Sara Schmidt (Eric), Lauren Frey, Katie Buehler (Jason) of Knoxville and Molly Hammersmith of Ashland. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions in Phyllis's name be given to Kindred Hospice, 112 Harcourt Road, Mt. Vernon, Ohio, 43050.
