He was predeceased by: his parents, Gailord Clark and Norma Jean Hartsel-Johnson; his son Ryan Hall; his brothers, Ricky Clark and Greg Hartsel; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Mary Beebe.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Clark of Ashland; his children, Michelle Orrell, Kevin Clark (Misty Owens), Randy Hall (Michelle) and Russell Hall (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brooke-Lynn Olsen (Lucas), Reed and Reagan Hall; his siblings, Donavan Hartsel (Lori), Mark Hartsel, Jody Hartsel, Keith Hartsel and Jeanna Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald M. Beebe and Gail M. Lochmandy (Scott). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
