He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Clark and Elsie Mae Clark; his brothers, William Edward Clark (Nathan) of Beebee, AR, Bobby Pardo Clark and James Valentine Clark; his daughter Debby Eutsay (Clark); his son-in-law Nate Eutsay; and his grandson Jacob Kyle Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Larue Clark (Bushley); his sons, Daniel Clark (Kari) of Jeromsville, Doug Clark (Debbie Dingus) of Ashland and David Clark (Lisa) of Ashland; his sister Mary Frances (Clark); and his family Percy. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
