We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2021, at the age of 73, Patricia Anne Plank (Ashland, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick E. Schwan and Evelyn Rogers; her brother Frederick W. Schwan; and her brother-in-law Jerry Kowalski. She is survived by: her daughter Stacie; her sisters, Teresa Kowalski of Elyria and Barbara Chandler (Jim) of Ashland; and her sister-in-law Karin Schwan of Ashland. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
She is free from her long struggle with Parkinson's disease.
