She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul A. McNeil and Sylvia M. McNeil (Breitenstine); and her brother Royal McNeil. She is survived by: her brothers, Wayde McNeil (Karen) and Jerry McNeil (Ann); and her children, Emily Hart (Andrew), Harold Swain and Edward Swain (Shannon). She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (1233 US-42, Ashland, OH 44805). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
