He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Peyton and Beulah Peyton; his siblings, Matthew, Mark, Luke Peyton and Kaye Watson; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Scoma.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Peyton; his children, Kayla Peyton, Zak and Matthew Peyton; his grandchildren, Rain, River Peyton, Wade, Brook Schraedly and Lynnae Bennington; his siblings, Linda Scoma of Texas, Anita Peyton of Kentucky, Nelson, Hank, Tex and Lane Peyton of Kentucky; and also Lora Brown. He is also survived by many brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
