In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Myrtle had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Myrtle may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Wharton and Zena E. Wharton (Donalson); her son Dwayne Carroll; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Light. She is survived by: her sister Shirley Light of Ashland; and her sister-in-law Marge Wharton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery (523 W Main St, Ashland, OH 44805).
