She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Ann Seibert (Gray). She is survived by: her father Ted D. Seibert of Ashland; her children, Jordan Puster of Seattle, Logan Puster (Kayla) of Ashland and Kameran Puster of Millsboro, Delaware; her siblings, Kathy Chamberlin (Beth) of Columbus and Joe Seibert (Karen) of Shelby; and her niece Tiffany Seibert of Ashland.
