She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. McWilliams and Arlene L. McWilliams; and her sister Midge Cooke. She is survived by: her brothers, Mike McWilliams of Ashland and Mitch McWilliams of Ashland; and her nieces and nephews, Jamie McWilliams, Shane McWilliams (Kesha), Carey Cooke (Tanya), Mandi Campbell (Brandon) and Casey Cooke (Kelly).
