She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leo and Juanita Jacobs; her husband Walter Matz; her children, Thomas, Robert Matz and Susan Jones (Daniel); her granddaughter Jennifer Bullock; and her siblings, Dorothy Reip, David and Timothy Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Briggs of Ashland and Richard Matz of Ashland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
