She was predeceased by: her parents, V. P. Kline and Dana Kline; and her siblings, Dale, Dean, Gus and Arlene.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Vaughn; and her daughters, Kay Rhoades (Gary) of Hayesville and Sande Garzaniti of Ashland. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
