He is survived by: his children, James Ricer, Amber Ricer and Mark Andrew Ricer Jr.; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Newcomer; and his siblings, Alan Ricer, Tina O'Brian, Tammy Ricer, Stephanie Knowlton, Lorena Pryor and Kathy Ricer. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
