She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Williams; her sister Ruth Smalley; and her son-in-law Frank Toney. She is survived by: her children, Billy Williams (Connie) of Polk, Debbie Toney, Jeannie Carver (Bob Jr.) of Ashland, Jody Gibson (Tammy) of Ashland, Janet Hamilton and Brian Williams of Jeromesville; her grandchildren, BJ (Susan), Calvin, Andy, Devin (Rick), Kevin, Spencer (Amanda), Margaret, Matt (Kayla), Jeff (Kealy), Brody, Gunner (Mel), Hayley (Logan), Clay (Lexie), Stormy (Amanda) and Maddison (Robert); her stepgrandchildren, David (Mel), Robert (Tonya) and Lisa (Dave); and her siblings, Bud O'Bryan, Cathy Phillops, Charlotte Rosin and Pat Haust. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
