She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dailey and Mary Middleton Fultz (Dailey); and her siblings, Ray Dailey, Linville Dailey, Asa Dailey, Fay Watson and Edith Mae Clark.

She is survived by: her significant other Tony Kiser; her children, Melissa McKenzie of Ashland, OH and Anthony Kiser of Omaha, NE; her children-in-law, Travis McKenzie and Christine Kiser (Haley); her grandchildren, Zachary, Joel and Rachel; and her sisters, Dorothy Goodman and Della James of Olive Hill, KY..

“Tony, Anthony and Missy I just wanted to let you know how sorry I was to hear of Lulabelle's passing. She was always such a good friend and sister to me. I loved her and all of you . yo9u were the best neighbors we could ever have had. I don't know if you knew of Nelson's passing or not.
