He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hall and Goldie Hall (Tabor); his former wife Wilma Hall; his wife Edna Hall; and his siblings, Arthur, William Hall and Betty Logan.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Steward (Dennis), Loganna Keys (Charles), Karen Sawman (Craig) and Frank Belcher; and his brother Sable Hall. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
