He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Jacobs and Helen Jacobs (Welch). He is survived by: his children, Gene Jacobs (Jamie) of Tulsa, OK and Kathy Jacobs (Scott) of Atlanta, Georgia.; his granddaughters, Genie Zhulin (Vasiliy) of New York, Katie Jacobs of Atlanta and Emily Jacobs of Atlanta; and his great grandchild Zoey Zhulin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.
