He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Buzzard and Doris Buzzard-Smith (Manchester); and his brother Richard Buzzard. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Moffett (Mike) of Ashland and Thomas Buzzard of Polk; his nephews, Mike Moffett (Kim) and Justin Moffett (Sadie); and his niece Abigail Bowman (Joe).
