He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Roice and Lucille A. Roice; his son Brian Roice; and his stepdaughter Susan Lynn Dilworth. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his child Lynn Bailey of Ashland; and his stepsons, William Dilworth (Tricia) of Greenwich and Shawn Dilworth (Irene) of McKinney.
