She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter O. Krause and Frances A. Krause; her daughter Gayle Christine Thompson; her grandchildren, Andrew Boyer and Emily Becker; her son-in-law Jeff Thomas; and her brothers, Richard Krause (Bonnie) and Joseph Krause (Harriett).
She is survived by: her husband Gaylord E. Abrams of Ashland; her daughters, Becky Lynn Thomas of Ashland, Rebecca Jane Radel (Sam) of Finley, Elizabeth "Susie" Boyer of Ashland, Patricia Jean Becker (Paul) of Ashland and Teresa Ann Huntley (John); her son-in-law Jamie Thompson of Ashland; her grandchildren, Wendy Gates (Travis), Chrystal Thomas, Megan Wilson (Branden), Aaron Mayer, Alison Mayer, Heather Whitted (Tony), Seth Mayer, Lyle Becker (Alexandra), Betsy Becker, Tyler Thompson (Ashley) and Pete Boyer (Deb); and her siblings, Patsy Randleman and Phillip Krause (Claudia). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland County Historical Society.
