She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Radick and Lillian Radick (Morning); and her husband Mick. She is survived by: her sons, James FitzSimmons (Therese), David FitzSimmons (Olivia) and Thomas FitzSimmons (Leslie); her grandchildren, Steve, Will, Sarah, Phoebe, Annabelle, Kate and Liz; her brother Richard Radick (Kathy); her nephew Paul Radick; and her niece Shelley Radick-Hunter.
