He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barb and Ray Householder. He is survived by: his parents, Harold "Pete" A. Haynes of Marshallville and Linda Haynes (Householder) of Ashland; his daughter Layla Jean Haynes of West Salem; and his brothers, Spencer Wargo of Nova and J. C. Haynes of Ashland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
