He was predeceased by: his parents, John Otis Walker and Mary Jane Steiner (Echelberger); and his stepparents, John Steiner (Mary Jane) and Dorothy Walker (Otis). He is survived by: his sons, John Charles Walker (JC) and William Edward (Bill); and his siblings, Patricia Hildebrand of Nankin, Mary Hudak (David) of Bloomington Indiana, Philip Ohl of Ashland and James D. Steiner (Donnie) of Mansfield.
