John Sommers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Sommers (Ashland, Ohio), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepmother Axline Sommers; his wife Esther Sommers; and his sisters, Emma McIntyre, Betty Guttenburg, Harriet Scott, Margaret Brown (Peggy), Freda Prather, Clara Coy, Marguerite "Margie" Amstutz, Nellie Workman and Kathryn Robertson (Kate).
He is survived by: his son Robert Sommers (Tracy); his grandchildren, Michael Hetrick, Joshua Sommers and Julie Young; his great grandchildren, Jocelyn Hetrick and Hudson Young; and his siblings, Wesley Sommers, David Sommers (Judy), James Sommers and Joy Draper Campbell (Reverend Gary). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
