He was predeceased by: his former wife Louise M Fountain (Sperzel); his wife Cathy Sperzel (Tackett); his sisters, Loretta Foulks and Betty Redden; and his great grandchild Kohen Sperzel.
He is survived by: his sons, John G. Fountain (Banda) of Shelby and Larry Sperzel (Mindy) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Zachary Lux (Amber), Andrew Isaac (Summer), Tatum Caudill, Larry Jr. (Keilee), Ethan, Kaitlyn Sperzel, Scarlett Fountain, Xavier and Anastasia Sperzel; his great grandchildren, Owen, Autumn, Brayden, Declan and Melody; and his friend Shirley Weiler.
