He was predeceased by: his significant other Iva Irene Chase; and his siblings, Martha, Mary Ann and Edward. He is survived by: his children, John R. Cicillian (Carolyn Steffen), Sally A. Mohrman (Kevin) and Douglas A. Cicillian (Leanne Hutton); his grandchildren, Zachariah Cicillian (Amber), Jeffrey Mohrman (Heather Hofacre), Kearra Blaser (Ben) and Magdalen Cicillian; and his sister JoAnne Cicillian Daras. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward Catholic Church, 501 Cottage Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805, or VFW Post 1067, 125 E. Main St., Ashland, Ohio 44805.
