She is survived by: her husband Samuel Bartley; her children, Lynne Ann Eddy (Jason) of Lucas and Eric A. Bartley (Melisa) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Alex Eddy and Alyson Eddy; her great grandchild Sophia Reed; and her siblings, Michael Ventrone of Florida, James Ventrone of Crestline, Angelo Ventrone Jr. (Frank) of Michigan and Connie Baines.
