He is survived by: his nieces, Samantha Gariepy of Washington and Ashlee Hernandez of Texas; his nephew Alexander Hart of Washington; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Keoni Hernandez, Kalani Hernandez, Haylee Feist, Malayna Hernandez, Bella Gariepy and Barett Hart.
