We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2022, at the age of 48, Jeffrey Simon Perelka (Ashland, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Rhiana Cottingham (James), Benjamin Shepherd, Zachary Shepherd (Lauren), Jessica Shepherd (Craig) and Madison Harness (Alex); his grandchildren, Blane, Karli, Aidan, Trevin Cottingham, Lillianna Shepherd, Ashton Chapman, Sorin Shepherd, Kinsley, Myla, Barrett Mahl, Aliyah and Harper Harness; his children, Anna Perelka, Aiden and Liam Perelka; his brother Gregory Perelka (Susan); his nephews, Bryan, Branden and Ben; and his niece Bethany. He is also survived by his parents, wife, and inherited children and grandchildren.
