He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ling and Dorothy Ling (Fortune); his parents-in-law, Bob and Irene Eichelberger; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Chuck Kasner; and his son-in-law Darik Kohler.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Eichelberger; his children, Elizabeth Kohler, Bob Ling (Lacie) and Jason Ling (Jessica); his grandchildren, Lance, Zachariah, Max, Sam, Eve, Regan and Reese; his siblings, Marilyn Eagle (Ernie), Diane Ling, Thelma Cheuvront, Loretta Leaver (John), Tim Ling (Linda) and Rachel Gray (Daryl); and his siblings-in-law, Ralph, Carolyn Eichelberger, Roger, Sherry Eichelberger, Mitch and Barb Bolin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
