She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal E. Warner and Mary Warner; her son Jody Haines; her grandson Corey Woodruff; her brothers, Dennis and Larry Warner; and her pets, Molly and Jack.
She is survived by: her children, DuAnne Patton of Jeromesville and Frank Haines Jr. (Dawn) of Jeromesville; her grandchildren, Erin, Austin Patton, Amber Ayers, Ashley Garrett, Kelsey Henson, Skylar and Kortney Haines; and her pet Clover. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nankin Cemetery (776 OH-302, Ashland, OH 44805).
