He was predeceased by: his former wife Ellen Mae McCoy; his wife Nancy Walder; his siblings, Harold Perry, Jr., Jack Perry, Jean Ruess and Elaine McGarry; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Cottrell.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna Cottrell of Ashland.
