He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Markley and Lucille Markley (Snoddy); his son Christopher Markley; and his siblings, Jeanette Osborn and Raymond Markley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Smalley; his children, Kevin Markley (Sarah) of Ashland, Mike Campbell (Michele) of Ashland, Shawn Campbell of Ashland and Mindy Tavanello (Tim) of Florida; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Tyler, Destani, Octavia, Alexis, Alex and Miah; and his brother Richard Markley (Ann) of West Salem.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jim's name to the organization of your choice.
