He was predeceased by: his parents, Russ Kiser and Mary Kiser (Conley); and his brother Randy Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Betty Watkins; his daughter Alexa Kiser of Ashland; his sister Cindy Warner of Ashland; his granddaughters, Harper and Olivia; and his pet Luey. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, uncles and cousins.
