He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Crebs Sr. and Rita Crebs (Shadley). He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie Cary (Shelton), John Crebs Sr., Lynn Ensinger and Cherie Smith (Gerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
