He was predeceased by: his parents, Garlie Keen and Alice Keen (Street); his wife Helen Lockhart; and his siblings, Bill Keen, Jim Keen and Gerty VanDyke.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Willard (Dan) of Nova and Randy Keen (Michelle) of Stow. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
