It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Lee Wood of Ashland, Ohio, born in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wood and Virginia Wood (Moffett). He is survived by: his children, Ryan Wood (Gail), Laura Barnhill (Rodney), Leslie Gunter (Gary), Eric Wood (Lawrence), Marc Wood and Matthew Wood (Chris); his stepchildren, Lori Day, Gregory Cayse (Michelle) and Tracey Cole; his grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy, David, Daniel, Krystal, Kelly, Kimberly, Michelle, Erin, Michael, Braden, Cameron, Sadie, Olivia, Ty and Charlie; and his close friend Nancy Davis. He is also survived by his 7 step- grandchildren; his 9 great- grandchildren.
