He is survived by: his children, Mary Estes of Ashland, Douglas Fulk (Jackie) of Shelby and Leslie Fulk (Sandra) of Crestline; his siblings, Joan Remy of Pavonia and Lester Fulk (Melinda) of Ashland; his siblings-in-law, Charles Ritter, Jr. of Galion, Mary Gardner of Galion, Billy Remy, Marie Fulk, Evelyn Fulk, Shirley Fulk and Mary Fulk; and his grandchildren, Billy Jo Fulk, Angela Fulk and Emily Montgomery. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
