She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Aaron and Hazel Keeton; her aunt Maude Keeton; her husband William "Bill" Meeks, Sr.; her sons, William, Meeks, Jr., Christopher "Chris" and Anthony; her mother Phyllis K. Cooley Heard; her grandchildren, Trae, Keian and Averi Meeks; and also, Carrie Newman, Niecy, John, Lynn and Vincent.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the number in attendance will be limited to 50; masks and social distancing will be required while visiting the funeral home.
