He is survived by: his parents, Tyra O'Brien of Ashland and April Parks of Ashland; his grandparents, Beth Ann Jones of Ashland and George Parks (Darlene) of Ashland; his great-grandparents, Shirley Canfield of Ashland and Shirley Parks of Ashland; his siblings, Gabe, Harley, Titus O'Brien of Ashland, Tanner O'Brien (Hazey) of Long Island, Tarrel O'Brien of Long Island and Tonya O'Brien of North Carolina; his cousins, Michaela, Angalena, Hazelyn, Katherine O'Brien and Evelyn Parks; and his uncle Jesse Parks (Sarah).
