He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Haley (Lobstein) and Gerald J. Haley. He is survived by: his wife Irene Baldwin Haley; his children, Kathleen Cowan (Andrew), Mary Callan (Norman), George F. Haley and Karen West (Richard); and his siblings, Gerald Haley and Amy Haley. He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
