He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Maxheimer and Lois Maxheimer; and his brother-in-law Ron Laughery. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Atchison (Lon) and Karen Laughery; and his nieces and nephews, Gail Smith (Ron), Troy Atchison, Lynn Finley (Brian), Jenny Knickerbocker and Jay Laughery (Lori).
